    I LOVED the Super Body program with Zach. Zach helped me every step of the way when I had questions. He helped me modify the workout when I needed it, and was so encouraging. I especially loved having the videos to look at to be sure my form was proper. Also, I didn’t really understand how nutrition worked and this course truly educated me. Thank you Zach for helping me with the transformation. You’re the best!

    This book really helped me to understand how to have great results with my fitness goals. The matter-of-fact language helped to dispel myths about nutrition and exercise. It also made me laugh because of some funny stories and anecdotes. It was really easy to read and understand the concepts shared (unlike a lot of fitness books out there). Most importantly, this book helped me to get lasting results in my fitness! I highly recommend this excellent book.
