You’ll receive expert guidance on proper form, technique, and nutrition, and you’ll have the flexibility to schedule your sessions at a time that’s convenient for you.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Our semi-private and small group training programs offer a unique and highly effective way to get in shape. With a focus on group energy and personal attention, these sessions are designed to provide you with the benefits of both personal training and group exercise.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase endurance, or just have fun while getting fit, our semi-private and small group training programs have something for everyone. With a maximum of 2-4 participants, you’ll receive individualized coaching and attention, while also benefiting from the motivation and support of others in your group. Our experienced coaches will lead you through dynamic and challenging workouts designed to help you reach your goals, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn from and connect with others who share your fitness interests.
Nutrition Program
Good nutrition is an essential component of a healthy and active lifestyle, and our gym is proud to offer comprehensive nutrition programs to help you reach your goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply eat healthier, our nutrition programs are designed to provide you with the knowledge and support you need to make positive changes to your diet.
No matter which AST training program you select, you’ll be assigned a nutrition coach to work with you one-on-one on finding the right plan that fits your lifestyle. Don’t cook? Don’t worry. We’ll even give you tips on grocery shopping and what to order at restaurants when it’s not cheat day.
