Pretty much every popular diet claims to be the right solution. Sorry to tell you, but no one perfect diet exists. We’re all unique in our bodies, metabolism and lifestyle. Which means you need a nutrition plan that works with your body. One that takes into account your personal tastes, schedule, convenience and comfort level in the kitchen. That’s where we come in.
Expert Guidance and Tailored Plans for Your Goals
Whether you choose a Semi-Private, Private or Online Training package, every AST member is matched with a personal nutrition coach to develop their own custom plan. Nutrition is a highly-individual subject, so we use every tool at our disposal to get it right. This can include:
- Daily goals instead of meal-by-meal requirements for protein, carbs and fats
- Adjustable meal frequency based on schedule/lifestyle
- Education on meal preparation including recipes and grocery shopping guides
- Portion control assistance
- Using food timing and combinations to control cravings
- Determining when and how much you can plan in “free meals” while still progressing toward your goals
Nutrition coaching also includes body composition testing with the InBody 570, which monitors progress in metrics such as body weight, muscle tissue, and body fat. And we will never set your goals for you – our job is to help guide you to where you want to go, not to tell you what the destination is.
