Strength Coach & Nutrition Coach
Biography
Sports were always a huge part of my life growing up before I could even walk. I stepped on to a baseball field at the age of 5 and my love for movement grew ever since. I tried everything as a kid from floor hockey to sneaking into my local park’s gym because I was too young to enter the gym, but my curiosity grew even more.
It wasn’t until my freshman year of high school where I was introduced to weight training during PE. I loved it so much, I joined an after school program to learn more. Through sports and attention to detail during my science classes in high school, I ultimately decided to further my education at Concordia University Chicago where I received my BA in Exercise Science. I gained so much experience in the fitness field since graduating that includes corporate wellness, rehabilitation settings, private and public gyms, strength and conditioning, and sports performance. Even though fitness does have different demographics, one thing stays consistent through my eyes: push those to become the best versions of themselves and have fun along the way.
I still continue to push myself each day to learn as much as I can to help those I come across. Whether it is pursuing a new certification or just finding time to learn from my colleagues, there is always something to brush up on or just apply to myself for knowledge.
