All Strength Training has been delivering results to hundreds of Chicago-area residents since 2010, with goals of:
- Improving their health
- Losing bodyfat
- Building muscle
- Learning how to train safely and effectively
- Building health and fitness into a lifestyle
- Making the results last
Now we’re opening up access to those same results with our new online group coaching program! Using our SuperBody 2.0 program at its core, you’ll get full access to AST owner & head coach Zach Trowbridge for 12 weeks! Limited to just 12 spaces, you’ll get support:
- Setting up your initial nutrition program, along with when & how to make modifications based on results and lifestyle needs
- Fine-tuning your training program, with help dialing in your form, making modifications to exercises based on your build, injury history, & equipment access
- Working through an exit strategy the final 4 weeks once the initial 8-week SuperBody program is done, whether that means continuing on toward the same goal, shifting toward retaining your results, or transitioning toward a new goal

What You WON’T Be Doing
- Slogging through workouts that last two or more hours
- Performing endless amounts of cardio to “sweat the fat out”
- Categorizing your food intake into “yes” and “no” categories
- Constantly cutting calories to unsustainable levels
- Learning how to make culinary travesties like “low carb cheesecake”
- Being made to feel like you’ve “fallen off the wagon” when a day doesn’t go as planned because you woke up late, got sick, forgot to bring food with you, or “gave in” to a tempting food
What You WILL Be Doing
- Training with weights 4 days per week with workouts that last less than an hour
- Learning how to create better habits and routines in your daily life that lead to less impulsive decisions when it’s time to eat
- Understanding how to incorporate the things your body needs to function at its best with the things that you as a human being want to still be able to eat sometimes
- Setting your body up for success in the long term by maintaining a sustainable level of food intake and activity levels
- Learning how to transition out of a more results-focused phase (losing bodyfat, adding muscle, getting stronger) and into one that teaches you how to sustain the results you’ve achieved without obsessing over it using a thought-out “exit strategy”
You’ll get access to a special Facebook group reserved just for members of this program, along with email access to Coach Z and weekly Q&A sessions to have all your questions answered!
This program starts Monday, January 16 and will run through April 9, 2023. There is a limit of 12 participants.
