Being a member of AST has been a very rewarding experience. The biggest benefit with AST is the 2 week body signature assessment. It really helps you to stay on track of your goals and lets you see your results regularly to see if you need to make adjustments in your routine and diet. This is something that you just can’t check on your own.

What are the two most significant improvements that have resulted from your work with us?

Since joining AST I have seen significant improvement in my physique. I carry weight differently now and it is a drastic improvement from before I started weight training!

What have your results been from working with AST?

I have gained 13 lbs of lean mass since starting my training routine with AST! Imagine replacing 13 lbs of fat with 13 lbs of muscle. The feeling is awesome!

Describe why you feel that working with us has been successful.

The biggest contributor to my success is the fact that the trainers at AST DO NOT let you slack off during workouts. Everyone knows what I’m talking about when I say that home workouts by yourself just aren’t as difficult as they could be. Well, at AST I fear my next workout, because I know it’s going to push me harder than the previous one.

What type of people would most benefit from working with AST?

If you have the desire to change the way you look at fitness and diet then All Strength Training is the place for you. You’ll be pushed to limits you haven’t seen since high school. You’ll be covered in sweaty awesomeness from the most intense 30 minute (or 60 minute) workout that you’ve experienced in years, if not decades!

Not sure about joining AST? Try their 10-day free trial. I did. And 8 months later I still have friends coming up to me talking about how much weight I’ve lost and how good I look. So ask yourself this. Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to look good? Do you want to change your old habits? Then I’d start at AST!

How has working with AST benefited you?

Working with AST has helped me form and reach each of my nutrition and fitness goals. I greatly appreciate the regular biosig check-ins to keep me on track and discuss factors that are changing in my day-to-day life. I also appreciate the structured and thoughtful workouts that change every 3 weeks to keep my body in a mode of constant learning and improvement.

What are the two most significant improvements that have resulted from your work with us?

I lost a stubborn 10lbs post-pregnancy weight and got my body fat percentage down to an all time low. I learned how to confidently handle weights in the gym and augment my cardio workouts with effective strength training.

What exactly have we done to contribute to the outcome you wanted?

AST has helped me to understand how to use food and exercise to be lean and strong. I no longer think about “healthy eating” as cutting out ice cream or only eating salads. Now I think about macro nutrients and how to eat the largest portions of high quality and nutrient dense food to fuel my body. Also, I never knew how to “lift” before coming to AST. I, like many women, was afraid of bulking up, so I avoided lifting and focused my exercise on cardio. Learning how to properly lift has been such a confidence builder for me, and I have seen first hand from my results that lifting gets me leaner and more fit than cardio ever did.

What type of people would most benefit from working with AST?

I am a working Mom with a job that requires a lot of travel and client entertainment. In the past I thought of those things as barriers to being fit. AST helped me by accommodating my travel schedule, having workouts limited to 30 minutes and available early in the morning, and giving me nutrition tips and guidelines to follow even when eating out and traveling. AST truly understands the complex lives of working professionals and parents.


Approaching 40, I found myself in the worst shape of my life. I needed to shake things up with a new approach, motivation and a plan.

Knowledge, accountability and flexibility… are key factors for setting myself up for success! AST checks those boxes for me.

The biggest hurdle for me is nutrition. AST knows that without addressing this component of your fitness you won’t be successful. Zach has extensive knowledge in this area and helped me design an eating plan that is manageable for my lifestyle. I’m not perfect but coupled with the BioSig evaluations every two weeks it provides the extra accountability I need to stay on track! There are even “friendly” competitions throughout the year to provide that added push!

The group workouts are challenging but tailored to me. They track my progress and motivate me to go further. The team is flexible to help me succeed! They work with my busy schedule and even injuries (did I mention I’m 40:) Training and nutrition are their passions. They care about their clients and it shows with their dedication to my success.

I’ve been training with AST for 9 months now and they are not only changing my body but the way I approach fitness & nutrition as a lifestyle. I’ve lost 15+ lbs and almost 10% body fat. For me, it’s not about the number on the scale. It’s about being strong, feeling healthy and living a positive balanced life. It’s challenging and you have to put in the work but seeing results is the motivation I need to keep going!

I’m a work in progress but it’s no longer just about the finish line for me. With AST I’m excited about the journey and my potential to be in the best shape of my life!
