The birth of All Strength Training:
After working in the commercial gym industry for almost a decade, Zach and Christine knew something was missing. The road to a fit, healthy, balanced life was not simply counting reps and sending every client on their way – they wanted more. They opened All Strength Training in 2010 with the vision of creating a home away from home with an integrative approach encompassing the training, nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle modifications, balance that every client deserves.
At AST, the typical client is often described as “busy professional” – whether it be a corporate executive, an entrepreneur, or a stay-at-home parent, everything is done with the goal of getting the most return out of the least investment in time, because Zach and Christine understand that time is not always an infinite luxury.
In fact, one of the reasons that they understand client needs so well is that they are truly “busy professionals” just like the clients that they work with every day – owning and operating a business every day, being parents to three very active boys and balancing after-school activities, social obligations, many sleepless nights, and still trying (and not always succeeding) to find the time to prepare meals and keep up with their own training. They do their best to bring their own personal experiences, trials and errors to the way they work with AST members, so you don’t have to make the same mistakes that Zach and Christine have.
