Youth Training
Whether your child has aspirations of becoming a professional athlete, or just wants to move quicker, be stronger, and gain confidence, our IYCA-accredited Youth Performance Training programs are a perfect fit. Our 60-minute team training sessions help develop:
- Improved recovery habits, which equals fewer injuries
- Increased body awareness and muscular control
- Perfect movement mechanics
- A sense of teamwork and camaraderie
Our coaches are all competitive athletes ourselves, and we understand that the most important factor in developing a young athlete is to keep them injury-free. Because let’s face it, the biggest, strongest athlete in the world can’t win if they’re not able to play the game.
Our youth training programs are split into 3 groups:
- Level 1 (ages 6-9)
- Level 2 (ages 10-13)
- Level 3 (ages 14-17)
Youth training is available during the school year at a special rate from 2pm-5pm Monday through Friday, and 8am-11am on Saturdays. We offer 1x, 2x, and 3x/week training programs or we can customize something to fit your child’s specific needs. For more information please schedule a consultation by clicking the link below.
