Personal Training Options
Our programs are designed to maximize results in less time. We structure your training to optimize results – by shifting phases over time to trim fat and tone. Whether you want to slim down, gain lean mass, or achieve overall better health, our Strength Coaches design a program geared for You. All of our clients develop better posture and lower their chance for injury because our coaches are aware of your body movement and technique. Our coaches do not throw you through the motions – we educate you on body awareness and proper technique to maximize your results and your energy. In addition, we specialize in:

Choose from either semi-private (small group) or private (one-on-one) training options.
Semi-private training is the new preferred way to train for the majority of our clientele. These 30-minute sessions are cost effective, fun, and clients who choose this option see paramount results – everyone knows you work harder when you are in a group. Our coaches match you with a team of people with similar goals and abilities, so no one ever falls behind. Semi-private training groups are small, so clients receive supreme levels of coaching as they would in a private setting. All Strength Training offers 3 options for our semi-private training.
All Star – 2x/week (starting at $38/session)
MVP – 3x/week (starting at $36/session)
All American – 4x/week (starting at $34/session)
All of our programs include FREE Biosignature Hormone Analysis, FREE Nuritional Consultations, FREE Progress Assessments, FREE Cardio Club access, and UNLIMITED e-mail and phone support and communication with our staff of coaches.
Private Training options are great for people who work better one-on-one. Our coaches design a program specific to your needs and continue to progress your training as you get healthier, leaner and stronger. With private training, clients have the option of working with our team of coaches or selecting a single coach to handle their program.
All Star – 2x/week (starting at $50/session)
MVP – 3x/week (starting at $48/session)
All American – 4x/week (starting at $46/session)
