We also know that there are hundreds of different diets and myths to confuse you, which is why all of our training programs include help from our coaching staff to develop a sound nutritional and supplemental strategy that’s specific to your goals.
We offer two different options with our monthly programs:
Basic nutritional consulting is part of all of our programs and includes:
- reviewing and modifying food journals
- explaining macronutrient priorities (based off of your Biosignature profile)
- healthy recipes
- the option to be supported through our 14-day low carb boot camp for immediate results
Customized nutritional planning is available for an additional $60/month and includes:
- personalized meal options for 5 meals per day
- increased accountability
- custom grocery shopping lists
We go a step farther than your average personal training studio with these additional nutritional services:
- Grocery store tours – learn what to avoid and how to plan and simplify your shopping trips to maximize your budget and your results
- Kitchen makeovers – our very own culinary chef Sergio will take you to the grocery store with a personalized shopping list, then teach you how to prepare your food in the comfort of your own home
- Corporate nutrition seminars – our coaches will provide an on-site Powerpoint presentation of our nutrition seminar providing the science behind eating right for your body and dispelling common nutritional myths that can limit or even reverse progress
