Being a coach is all about creating relationships with your clients. I like to use a holistic approach with every client, allowing me to fully understand our client’s lifestyles and goals. Doing this, I can properly prescribe exercise for every client safely and effectively.
I truly believe that if you have both the biomechanics to back up your programming, as well as relatable, caring coaches, then you’ve hit the sweet spot and your clients will be set up for success.
