2012 Ultimate Challenge
We are inviting you to participate in the new year’s ULTIMATE CHALLENGE. The challenge enters you in a 90-day, head-to-head competition with other members of the AST family.
The Details
Give yourself 90 days to shock your body and into a better you. Compete against others to lose body fat while mastering a healthy lifestyle of eating, workouts, and good decisions. You deserve to feel better about yourself, and what better way than to do it with the support of people that want you to succeed in achieving YOUR stronger?
Competition will begin Saturday, January 14.
Cost to Participate: $50
Participant Perks1. 15% off all Supplements(excludes Ostrim Products, Liquid Proteins, and Primal Bars)
2. Unlimited additional $20 sessions (for all sessions over your regular training frequency) for the duration of the challenge.

Informational Meeting
Wednesday, January 11
7:30pm – 8:30pm
- Informational Packet will be given out
- Get any questions you have answered
- Meet other participants (your support group AND competition)
- Schedule your initial and weekly biosigs
This meeting is MANDATORY for particpants. If you cannot make it, you will need to schedule an initial biosig and info session before the start date (Jan. 14).
